Certifications

We conformed our quality system to the most recent international laws thus achieving in 2003 the quality certification UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 with the aim of reaching and guaranteeing the quality standards expected and required by the consumers.
We have always put a great attention in the management  of the quality of our products and processes performing a series of checks on the raw materials, on the semi finished products and on the transformation processes. The quality management is based on the planning of those activities that can guarantee that the final products will meet all the necessary requirements. Particularly important are those checks that can guarantee the healthiness of the products thus protecting the consumer's health.

In 2004 we decided to develop a system of Environmental Management in line with the UNI EN ISO 14001:1996 law. This system aims to set, maintain and improve in time the environmental performances of the company in its productions of grapes and wines, and olives and olive oil.
